okay so like i REALLY want a tattoo… i’ve been on this tattoo rage the past three months & well i’m getting one! i have an appt with an artist at frist amendment tattoo (i’ve heard great things about him, seen some of his work first hand & he’s actually done some of my sorority sister’s tats! yes? yes!) on friday afternoon (NOT to get one.. just a consultant thing) & he’s hopefully gonna sketch/draw something up that i loveeee. as of now, i haven’t found anything that i’m simply in love with & obviously i’m not going to permanently place something on my body if i don’t absolutely love it, so i heard he was the man to fall in love with :) hopefully i’ll come home friday, satisfied & with a date to get one! wahhhh wish me luck :))

or try four days?! ughhh.. i have been miserably sick since thursday & i’m still not out of the woods yet. it seems everyone around aiken has the whole stuffy nose, head cold number, but i got ahold of something a bit worse, i believe. i was supposed to have a stinking awesome weekend with jackson in atl, but clearly that changed. i woke up friday morning just nasty. i manned up & went to my ten AM & literally hit the road for home right afterwards. i went to the doc once i got to lexington & she gave me a prescription that not only hasn’t really helped yet, but absolutely TORE my stomach up.. so that just made me feel worse the past two days. YUCK!! but i kind of expected that.. most antibiotics do that anyway. so i’ve basically been sitting here, on the couch, letting my sweet mamma take care of me since friday afternoon. and i’m STILL not 100%. i planned on going back to aiken this afternoon, but that changed too. hopefully i’ll wake up in the morning feeling almost back to normal :/ i’m gonna miss my ten AM, but try & make it to my 2:30 class.. not that i particularly want to lol but i need to go. i think if i blow my nose one more time to day my insides will explode..

i realized today how completely slack i’ve been with my tumbling! i miss it too!!! i’ve been oh so busy though since i’ve been back at school.. between the (awesome) weekends/night life, my boyfriend, all my friends, AOII/my sisiters, school work & everything else i’ve just gotten so caught up. so tumblr, my apologizes for putting you so low on my list of things to do! please forgive me :) school has been great though! i had quite the scare with a schedule mix up about a week ago, but it thankfully got all worked out & i’m now taking english 102, history 201 (with lauren!!!), geology 101 (with jackson, lauren & like all of our friends.. its great!), world music 175 (boringggg) & sociology 101 (with trey!) it’s a pretty good schedule.. not crazy hard, but still a bit challenging & the times are great! yayyayaya for my second semester of college! i still can’t believe it’s already here.. i know it will fly by probably even faster than the first! crazyy! anyway, today was a nice break off.. although last week we had two whole days off thanks to the crazy weather haha mlkjr gave us today off :) i guess next week we will actually have an official full week of school! ha can’t complain! as for right now, i’m gonna cuddle for a bit & then hit the sack considering i have an 8 AM tomorrow. woo.

as i sit on my plane (which will not take off for another 37 minutes… ?) i decided to take a moment to vent about my wonderful morning thus far. as im pulling into the airport i see delta airlines calling me.. come to find out my plane has been delayed a whole hour.. thank you for informing me literally as i pull into the airport. once im in the airport i see it has been delayed due to maintenance… really.. how promising. i make my way to security.. take off my shoes, jacket.. the whole nine yards & walk through the metal detector.. it goes crazy.. step out, walk back through, same thing.. guess who forgot to take their cell phone out their back pocket? & guess what police officer decided to be smart with me about it? once i make my way through.. metal free that is, i go to get my bags & homegirl security guard comes around the corner “ma’am are you aware of any sharp items in your bag?” haha no.. there are no sharp “items” in my bag. of course she has to check.. so as she literally tears through my bag & my nicely folded clothes.. now nicely unfolded, she comes across my overnight bag with all my toiletries which i took time to buy & put in ziplock bags to meet the TSA requirements. little did i know.. you can only carry on ONE ziplock bag.. so my other four (full with all the things i need) are now with the nice lady who oh so kindly confiscated them. i step onto the plane (finally) to hear no, not a crying, but a screaming infant. so… as i sit here in this tiny tight seat, munching on these not so delicious delta cookies & listen to this child yell, i hope everyone is having a better morning than myself. thank you delta airlines :) oh & p.s. (two hours later) now that ive landed & am thankfully here i am sitting alone in the middle of one of the biggest airports in the world, waiting on my boyfriend who will not answer his phone for the grace of god. cherry on top of this super morning.. absolutely!
